Before Surgery, What to Expect

After Surgery, Supporting Recovery
Once the procedure is complete, a smooth recovery depends on attentive home care. Your pet will need:
- A calm, quiet environment to rest and heal
- Restricted activity to protect the surgical site
- An e-collar worn at all times to prevent licking or chewing the incision
